William Prole – General Manager

Bill is a Trade Qualified Cabinet Maker with over 25 years experience; Accredited Kitchen & Bathroom Designer, he holds a Cert IV in Project Management and Computer Aided Design; he has a QBSA license and is a member of HIA.

Peter Morello – Operations Manager

Peter is a Trade Qualified Cabinet Maker with over 20 years experience, he is a BSA license holder; Peter performs Computer Aided Design and is currently undertaking Cert IV & Bachelor of Project Management. He has extensive experience on Green Star Projects.

Nicola McLaughlin – Tenders Manager

Nicola looks after Client & Design Services; Computer Aided Design and is currently completing a National Kitchens & Bathrooms Design course and is a member of The Kitchen and Bathroom Design Institute.. Nicola is responsible for Workplace Health & Safety and First Aid requirements for the business.

Tony Prole – Transport Logistics

Tony has over 40 years experience in owning and running successful diverse businesses. He looks after the delivery needs for the business which sees him liaise with suppliers and clients on a regular basis. Tony, Judy & William Prole together with Nicola McLaughlin are the founding family members that took over the business over 15 years ago.

Dennis Forman – Accounts Manager

Dennis is a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. He looks after the financial side of the business and liaises with management, staff, clients, suppliers and external accountant as required. Dennis also looks after IT matters. He brings to OJ Kitchens & Joinery over 40 years of diverse business experience.
